I could see them being a neutral race, or if it were faction-specific I could easily see them joining the Horde since they share many similarities with both the Blood Elves and the Nightborne: having a regal society, they have outcasts, and are dependent on a font of power that they’d wither without.
Don’t you think a Naga would be much cooler? Jyniu are like the poor man’s option. I don’t find them interesting at all.
Sethrak would be much cooler to me. Even furbolg would be better.
WoW does have beast-races aplenty, which are woefully underutilized.
However current villainous monstrosity that is Rexxar remade’s models I am completely against.
I would take kobold over jyniu.

Well, it already happened with Mechagnomes and Kul Tirans vs. Vulpera and Zandalari (even if I like KT). 
Kul’Tirans were okay. Diaper gnomes should have been just customisation for gnomes.
Unironically, Vulpera had the best chance to have been a race on both sides with the desert folks joining the Horde and pirates joining the Alliance.
Could’ve been fun with both sides having fun quests to “join” their factions and fun heritage armour quests to signify the difference in both groups.
What do you mean KT and Zandalaari were awesome, while mechagnomes and vulpera were a loss for both sides respectively. Perfectly balanced.

I mean most ARs should have just been customization options. KTs and Vulpera are unique enough to be standalone, and Velves and Nightborne are at least on the opposite faction of their original models but LF, HM, DI, Earth, Zanda, Mag’har are just customization options really.
Sethrak are tied to Zandalari and Vulpera now according to the last volume of Exploring Azeroth Island.

I only play this because I hate all shaman horde races. I only play male characters.
Orcs shoulders are too big.

Goblin are too small and bowling ball animations
Vulpera too small and furry
I don’t mind being small but i have LOSed a tank before on steps being so small.
That leaves only stone dwarfs as they are pretty tall. I would rather not.
I want a normal sized humanoid with hidden feet that’s male shaman for horde. I am gutted they didn’t make dracthyr shaman. I still can’t work out why they didn’t. But I’m hoping that haronir is shaman and allied race soon.
There are 2 groups of Sethrak at least.
The regular ones are friendly with both factions so i don’t see a problem.
Happy to take in some faithless straglers otherwise.

Jinyu is like the magicarp of wanted playable races. Visually and literally. And it wont evolve into anything cooler either. Unlike magicarp.
The Faithless and Devoted returned to their temple. And allowed the Vulpera to use their burrows to open a shared Market.
Well what can i say. Only race that works for me is vulpera. They besides being furry. have no over ugly or extra features out of the ordinary. They are just cool fox people.
Allot of people are not into Vulpera and… And thats why I have to concede that. If the alliance really wants slimy fish people. And you think that is the same as the horde getting vulpera?
