Which is such a Blizzard thing to do. Add a new shiny bag slot for reagents, and only allow new content reagents to go there.

Agree with everyone elses comments here on this forum,this is the worst bug fest of a patch that has dropped,if this is a taste of things to come in dragonflight,well best of luck.
This pre patch definitely should not have been released,it is more like an alpha patch not even close to beta standards,ui is bugged with so many different bugs.Talent tree well everyone has ther eown opinions with that.
Personally Shadowlands was way better than this,with less than a month to go before release,they really need to step up and start fixing things.
Been playing this since vanilla,hope they can fix things.Only time will tell.

You clearly didn’t play for the AQ patch. People ended up in places you shouldn’t even be able to go and were unable to get to the other continent for hours until they could get GMs to intervene, if they even intervened. The menethil boat ending up in stonetalon mountain somehow, underground.
DLC even picked it up:
This is probably the most broken the game has been on live, being completely unable to access the other continent.
The servers were very unstable as well.

Im sure you dont need me to tell you but try Recklessness/Charge, Avatar, Rampage, Ancient Aftershock, Odyns Fury, Raging Blow, Bloodthirst, Execute - spam WW and RB, watch everything melt!
Dont wanna go as far as calling it the worst ever but its pretty dire.
I feel more than the choppy performance (which hopefully is temporary), its the depressing thought that I cant quite make the new ui work for me without feeling like Im playing as if blinded in one eye. There are just individual bits of info that it wont show me properly or will misplace/reset next time I log in. Not sure if its just me seeing this often or what bothers other players.

Why does everyone who has played since vanilla feel compelled to start every opinion post with the fact they’ve played since vanilla

i don’t because base wow was trash compared to everquest 
unpopular opinion i know but i never saw anything impressive in base wow back then compared to the Glorious and far superior EverQuest heck the og dev team came from EQ too

I rlly wanna say back when it launched wow it was more of a bugfest even you cannot play for 2 - 3 weeks. This is okish tbh. Also UI changed alot and systems change its, in the ptr it could have been fine tbh and it can act differently on live servers

Another bug I keep having now, is that I cant change talents, load out or spec, the talent tree tab is endlessly loading, relogging fixes it, but it’s getting annoying.

Talent trees sometime for me need a ui reload cause they infinitely buffer?, some of my talents simply dont work, some of my legendaries haven’t been updated to accommodate for spells being labelled under new names.
Serrated bone spike is once again broken and doesn’t do any dot damage, only the initial application (by the looks of it) then falls off. I’m fairly sure I’m not even getting the bonus CP from having multiple targets tagged. The unity interaction with this spell only works sometimes too while being with the necrolord covenant.
I’m fairly sure theres some buggy interactions with other talents since I did a whole bg where poison bomb didnt proc.
My UI in arena simply doesn’t work whether its solo queue shuffle or rated 3’s and thats the blizzard UI not elvui etc
thats just stuff ive noticed while paying minor attention, i wouldnt be shocked if a bunch of passives werent working properly or something either since outlaw feels really clunky too.
oh and worst of all, my new burst replacement of vendetta “death mark” doesn’t even work properly since the duplicate dots fall off when deathmark does. If thats intentional then its the worst implementation of a new talent ive ever seen.
I think preloaded build is there for people that will feel lost when this hits 
I saw many people stated that this talent trees are complicated for them so i believe this feature is exactly for them

Eh, I seem to remember vanilla’s release being buggier than this, by a lot. Then there was the AQ patch, as already mentioned. Not to mention Warlords, and early Pandaria.
I’ve found most bugs so far, for me, are related to addons and the new UI not interacting properly or nicely.

I changed my race and name… Now I am both my old name and new name 
- My Framename is the new, the name above my head is my old.
- My ratings can’t be seen, as it is listed as the new name on the old name character.
- I do not figure in the Guildroster, so my guildies cannot see me online
- I cannot promote or demote my guildies (I’m an officer)
- There’s a 17 day ticket wait time, which seems to increase by a day, every day I log in
