It was hilarious, she kept trying to jump out and asking me in ever-increasing panic “how do find this chest without dying!”, and when she finally died and I started laughing she twigged what I had done, threw a cushion at me and told me I was sleeping downstairs.

Blinked myself deep into the lava pool in one of the the forbidden reach enclosed areas while slow falling to the platform where the world boss would be, just recently, twice.
I remember looked at my dh statistics a few year back to see I’d died of fall damage 7 times.
In our raid we have a bunch of people that love the translation toy.
They keep teleporting people to the edge of platforms.
I see dumb and annoying deaths about 5 times per raid night. They owe me a fortune on repairs.
Also BOPing the tank for lolz and insta killing 5 people… 
Troll deaths in raid generally. Because my guildies are SO nice…
2 weeks ago I tried to level a rogue and I died questing in the southern barrens to a mob, even though I tried to win

Attempting an escape from multiple alliance by jumping off a cliff while casting living flame to heal myself from the dots that I was marked by to hit the ground.
while in icc waiting for the guild to sort out who was doing what at the last boss , i walked up the stairs and poked arthas with my finger then all hell broke loose and the whole raid died , but at least the guild saw the funny side of things .

I just checked my stats and apparently I have 188 deaths from falling which isn’t really as many as I would have expected.
Depends on how old the character is.
Dying when trying out hardcore because I went afk to make some sandwiches. I drowned before I got back. I was playing a druid, I had aquatic form and drowned because I didn’t shift into it.

I once died in vanilla getting myself into Hyjal. Upon falling back to my corpse I clicked the button to res, while falling. Died again.
In TBC when flying was first introduced I sneezed and pressed a keybind on my hunter. Dead.

Was playing a horde hunter and got cornered on a cliff and smarty pants disengaged to my expected doom when all of a sudden the DK grabbed me out of clean air and himmand his mate made me part of the cliff ledge Fun times.
