Not really. There is such a thing as invis potions. Unless you’re talking about 20+ keys, in which case I have no clue what the meta is.
Invis are a poor substitute.
Rogues are BY FAR the most sought out class in M+.
Mine took months after the baby to go down… had it in my legs also.

Every PVE group / raid is short of a good tank, realistically you can face roll your way through the game with DH too.
True story, had to replace all my shoes

To me DH is the most boring class in game from gameplay to races. Only thing that i found “fun” in the class was gliding everything else was just meh to me.
I managed to get one to level 106 before i just deleted it out of boredom the class felt to me like it had no impact i hated the jumping around while doing stuff with it while leveling playing the class felt obnoxious because how its played and fighting against the class in pvp is the most unfun thing the game has ever had even more unfun than first patch of wotlk DK/paladin.
I have only 2 geared characters in bfa. Fire mage which is my main and i LOVE bfas fire mage and rogue for m+

To me, there are three groups of class in BfA: (1) that demand awareness, (2) whose rotation repetitive, and (3) 1-2 button classes that demand one hand and you can just drink coffee, spam spells and get on the top of DMG! 
I don’t mind playing each group if I can have “fun”.
Feral is to me the best class with best rotation. This is followed by Rogues Assa/Sub. Warriors have a good rotation and good while attacking but at the moment I am testing different classes.
Now, I can’t stand Paladins Ret as they are boring as hell, while Holy are a great healers. DKs are slightly better with more utilities but too slow. DHs on the other hand give me some joy to play, even though you could be brainless to play DH, I mean it! This is the least demanding class, although their mobility is fantastic.
Lastly, I also enjoy playing two casters but their rotation seems to be focus on one big spell. I am at the moment testing Fire Mage and Shaman Ele. Both fun to play but Fire Mage rotation is based on Pyroblast while Shamans Ele rotation is based on spam of Lava Burst. Obviously there are more things to be aware of but if you compared Feral and let’s Fire Mages you could see how trivial rotation Fire Mages have!
Most wanted are tanks and heals of any class. There is no most wanted dps class because there is a lot of them~ as always in any game.

Fun is subjective and depends on what you enjoy or like. What I find fun, another will not, and vice versa.

Great comment on your side. You had so much info to add there that you needed spaces in-between to get to that 10 char minimum.
Rogues are very, very sought after and what they bring in terms of toolkit is unparalleled in M+. Which is why you want them in most runs.
This, easy push, week you want them in, off the top of my head:
SOTS, AD, FH, TOS and KR. They are nice to have in all runs, but in these they are a huge bonus.
If you have a different opinion on what the most sought after class in M+ I’d love to hear it ofc, which is I believe what the OP was asking after all, which classes are in short supply.
