Sadly, not these days. Long work days with long commutes and a disabled daughter means I have no time for gyms. However, as the little one is getting older sheâs being able to do more for herself so I might be able to get in some home-made guerrilla training montages in the near future.

Taking care of family is very important. As someone with a disability as a Adult i became much more independent with some things as i learn along the way, but still require my parentâs help sometimes with a few issues.
