The tech support ones are usually very helpful, but the general forum ones, I will never understand.
Generally posting gifs/meme’s, and just voicing their opinion. I don’t see how that warrant’s green text.

yes and no, yes because they had to somewhat read a metric ton of posts and knows a bit of whats going on, no because they dont necessarily post alot or just got TL3 for some stupid reason.
