My friends realm is locked, will it be possible to transfer for free later?

Hey!

I just bought a subscription for WOTLK and was excited to play with my friends who have been playing since beta, but I cant create a char on their realm since it’s locked, want to know if it will be available in the near future to transfer and if yes, will it be free?

All of such information will be given in the below thread as CS doesn’t handle population issues. We simply don’t know when and if they’ll open Free character migrations. Your best bet could be a Paid character transfer if they decide to re-open it.

want to know if its possible to queue for dungeons and bg’s with them then if im on a diff realm?!

This is unfortunately not possible in Classics.

Sorry but a paid character transfer is not a solution.

If it’s a locked realm, it means it’s full so even if it’s unlocked there won’t be free transfers to it only away from it.
