I’ve noticed on most my characters now my transmog resets when I log on alts, sometimes just their shoulders but lately their entire gear, it’s not cheap to change transmog :C anyone else got this issue?

But you’re certainly not alone in other transmog outfits issues. It seems to come back over time but there’s no fix yet.
This is literally not related to the murloc transmog AT all, the mog is there just resets on my characters.
As I’ve addressed in my post above. The linked post also has Tyrskorn mention the other transmog issue within the thread. More specifically, this Murloc mog gone from tab? - #5 by Punyelf-draenor and we’ve had another thread about the Celestial Observer too.
yes, there are issues, but I’ve only noticed them with store transmogs.
Every time my daughter mogs into any item of the sprite darter set, a few days later it is wiped.
and sometimes the entire set is gone from her collection too xD
transmog is definitely too expensive for shenanigans like that.
if they can’t fix the bugs, maybe they should consider making mogging free.
