Overtuned by design. It’s hard to come up with a good solution and not breaking the encounter (like echo of neltharion s4).
Maybe nerf the movementspeed of the parasites and a slight nerf to the spider tank hits? Just some ideas.

It’s to slow down the RWF. Blizz say they don’t care about it but its clearly fibs 
I mean honestly who even cares at this point. It makes mythic raiding miserable.

yes sure there are some unicorn amazing guilds out there.
you find them from time to time - but they rarely last long.
for me looking for such guild means each time searching though piles of … toxic guild - im just to old to even try anymore .
though i would say - its much easier to find such guilds in classic wow . retail is just one total tryharding .
i tossed the towel years ago and cba anymore.
my most fond memories are from guild i raided with in mop (damn i miss you “Azure” guild - never forgotten in my little heart such a shame discord was not really a thing back then 
) sadly blizzard killed guild i was part of from that time along with most of others by enforcing 20 man mythic raiding. - ofc guild didnt survive the merge to 20 man while we had such blast raiding 10 mans.
It seems that some developer’s guild has reached Mythic Ansurek progress now.
aparently the spidey buffs are not enough 
or to slow.
just make them 5 % instead 2 % blizz and make them work in m+ and warbound - here i solved all you tuning issues instantly

So you have an extremely screwed vision of how guilds work. My guild is supportive and explains mythic raid bosses in great detail. They are patient and open for feedback.
And the best part is: this guild exists since shadowlands s1. Survived Tindral.
Maybe it’s a you-problem. You think mythic raiding guilds are the enemy. You are your own enemy.
