Took me 20 minutes for a full clear per layer 3.
So a total of 40 minutes.
Select single target anima powers if you can, like increased shield slam damage and higher avatar uptime and its easy AF.

Would do it as dps, although i lack any proper weapons to go as fury or arms, and i highly doubt if it would be faster.

Can literally pull 3-4 rooms at a time and aoe the crap out of it.

I’m not saying you did a bad job or it doesn’t count etc

but you do realize not every player has the same bosses, same mobs, same layouts, same crits, same talents, same powers, same amount of phantasma, same spec, same pet, same class or same luck/unluck…
Saying it easy on X doesn’t mean it’s easy on Y,Z,W,F,D,G,H,J,T,etc…

You do know that there are classes that can only do damage in melee? so they have to face tank it, there’s no kiting for them, no pets taking the damage for you.
So unless you get good powers, these classes can have a pretty rough time in there

I’m melee, I got the last boss down to 20% without any powers whatsoever. Could probably kill it without any powers at all if I didn’t screw up and lost my tries.

That’s not really my point, I also had no problems whatsoever clearing all layers solo as Arms, but posting on a hunter and doing it naked and then saying its easy is wrong, some classes will have it way harder then others because they cant do what other classes can.

There is no class which struggles with layer 3 due to the class. It’s a player issue.

All classes can clear it solo, some classes have it way easier then others, and even some classes need decent powers, and could be screwed without it, but yes, all classes should be able to clear it.

Done Torghast on both, and on necrolord warrior of all things, in one of the runs I killed the last boss while staying at 100% hp.

Pre-buffs, I still managed to finish them in both classes fairly easily.

If people are asking for the bosses to be nerfed, then i agree with you and it shouldn’t be changed.

If anything should be changed, they should re-think the anima powers for those certain specs struggling.

Not saying this is you, I just don’t like the idea of people crapping on others when a spec fundamentally might just be unbalanced and being completely ignorant of the many other factors that can affect a run and just T-ing it down to. Git Gud

Saying it easy on X doesn’t mean it’s easy on Y,Z,W,F,D,G,H,J,T,etc…

But you do realize you are just making excuses. Players already soloed it on every single class and every single spec. 1-2 run might screw you over, but if you fail a layer for the third time, that’s 100% not Thorgast’s fault.

Thats why Blizzard buffed some of the powers for both rogues and warriors in todays hotfix. They would not do so if they would be on par with other classes.

We were on par with others though. Well, as a class we were, but some players were not on par with other players, they whined enough and we got buffed. Even though it totally wasn’t necessary. Last week i finished both layer 3s with 160 ilvl gear. And it’s not like i’m some huge pro, i just used the rogue toolkit in Thorgast instead of trying to zergrush everything.

This week, with the buffs, i completely facerolled it and it was a joke. I do hope Blizzard stops listening to whiners before Thorgast layer 8 will become the new island expedition, just because some players think they should be able to faceroll everything and get the best rewards for it.

Thing is however: you will first need to be lucky enough to get said powers.
And even then, a hunter can just kite, with or without gear, where a rogue or warrior has to be in melee and take way more hits then a hunter will ever take.

Funny how stupid that sounds…
A nice fact for you: on my warlock, I did not die a single time during my runs, yet, not a single time, not on bosses and definitely on trash…

But does that mean I am more skilled then you, as you and others claim, or did I get carried by my class and/or powers?
I dare to say the latter, but hey, if you claim otherwise and say its the former as you did, then I will take that as a compliment…

Most torghast criers were hunter because ‘‘buhu i dont have self heal like your class do’’ so would make sense that he did it as that
