I like anything ending with -mane, -hoof, -horn.

Then take something from the class fantasy for the first half.
Ex. Thundermane

I named mine Mookla. It’s a highmountain tauren, but still works. Try something with the word moo. Even blizzard does so.

Characters like Moozy and so on.

They generally have very Druid-esque surnames with a random word thrown in, for example Stormhoof, Coldtusk, Earthrage, Firehoof, Windspear, Runeshield, etc. Their first names are usually pretty standard, but we’re not allowed full names so you’re probably better off going with just a surname for a true Tauren sounding name.
Thinking about it, instead of just elements you can use animals as well. Like, Eaglehorn, Wolftusk, Badgerfart. Actually, I may reserve that last one.

Ok, sorry, had to get that out. I have a tauren druid named Cowjones which is not as original as I thought when I named him, but still is a fun name IMO.

Maybe look up Lamborghini car names? All Lamborghini cars are named after bulls or bullfighting equipment.
