According to everything I read, Nazjatar rares give reputation and loot once daily, however Im not receiving any rep by killing anything here.

Was pretty sure reset day would result in the rares resetting aswell, and start giving rep again, but no, nothing ? Is thier rep on a 3 day timer or something or is it really bugged ?
I am getting rep from WQ and completing the battle for Naz, but its a slow grind to get the paragon boxes for achievement toy if I cannot get rep from rares 
EDit Day 3 - still no rep, on ANY chars on my account, even those on different realms. I now realise that the loot table is also bugged since its tied to the rep lockout.
Taken from wowhead:Yes, if a rare’s reputation gain is bugged, its other loot is also likely to be affected because they share the same loot and reputation lockout, says this Wowhead guide. The loot lockout typically resets daily, and a bug that prevents one from working will usually prevent the other as well.
This means its impossible to get the loot needed for “Im going to need the biggest bag” and in connection to that, its also not possible to get the META achievement for this zone… ?
cmon blizz plz fix this stuff, its such a pain in the a** after grinding so long
Edit: Day 3 2nd edit: To make things more confusing, I just received a rare drop connected to “biggest bag” achievement from a rare. Still no rep thou
