I, on my resto Shaman, with 70% pushback resist chance on heals regularly get my LHW go from 1.5 sec to 2.5-3. Easily.
Not to mention LHW heals for nothing compared to the damage being done in PvP in SoD.
Now with that said, looking back again at your “pro tip”, it is clear your are either trolling or delusional in thinking what worked in Classic works just as well in SoD, it doesn’t.
The old Enhancement healing was too strong but they quadruple nerfed it instead of taking a measure approach. Sadly this will do little to calm the foaming at the mouth Shaman haters on these forums, most likely.

u see the difference is i can miss the trap but you cant miss your instant heals or 1 taps! if you give me disengage and mortal wound shot you gonna cry yeah but in the current state where you need to stand still to shoot got a 20 yard deadzone and when you got a totem for everything a totem that makes you immune to snares a totem that gives u fap a totem that gives you fear immune ohh yeah and my movement speed cd slows me for 90% if im hit while you can cast yours in 1 second after you frost shock and decoy and boom they are dead in 2 gcd’s you require no skill, while hunter is the most skilled class in the game right now with the least payout!, not my fault you keep walking in the traps!
i’m saying that you need to target and click while i need to precisely throw the trap where you are about to go/aiming but i wouldn’t expect a shaman to know how to press more then 2 buttons thats why blizzard keeps catering to boomers like you who mouse click their action bars XD

i clearly moved back to retail cuz there i got turtle shell aspect of the cheetah isnt useless disengage and ohh yeah trust me beast mastery is more broken on retail! since it’s a hero class there with a 50% self heal and trap launcher as well hell even barbed shot reduces your bw cd so i suggest u go l2p and stop commenting on posts defending the true hero class!
i aint flexing its back from 2013 and 2016 when i rly played but right now even a blind monkey can see that the game is imbalanced af around self healing and anti cc because blizzard gave everyone dmg leaving the classes that can only do dmg and dont got any utility of sorts just die! if they gave us retail chettah aspect + disengage and turtle shell + better pet abilities and commands ppl will cry that good hunters are unkillable unkitable and fast af but right now u need to stand to shoot with a 20 yard deadzone with no mobility or cc immunity whatsoever XD and as you know our wingclip is now a useless spell because everyone has a fap potion in their kit but us
P.S insted of adding the ride kaiju rune that was datamined so that melee hunter finaly got his sprint ability and could compete in pvp they gutted him in the ground under arcane mage! I got a right to be pissed off!
