@Gráinne: As usual your answers are very, very good. I do need to make a tiny correction of sorts, though:
It is NOT possible to reverse the effects of a boost (or RAF granted levels of the past) on a character. Under most circumstances this does not affect anything of importance, but it is possible for an allied race character to become inelligible for unlocking the racial armour with that specific character.
Wow. I never thought of that one.
But it is quite niche, and has no effect on being “weaker at max lvl”. It just means you can’t get the appearance of the transmog set on that character. Ofc, you could level another of the same allied race and still get it.
