There are no new players, Blizzard know that and have re worked the game to pander to old players that are bored with doing the same old stuff over and over to level an alt.
As for toxic comment as described by the OP. These are nothing new and have been in WoW since day one.
I started playing not that long ago. And i have only had a few truly toxic runs. I found out people have much more patience in general if you announce youâre new.
Especially when i started tanking. That little one line saved me tons of salt thrown at me.
And people are more likely to vote kick the abuser instead of you if you do that.
The community can be nice and helpful if you just make it clear youâre new.
I think it comes down to most of the playerbase are just leveling in LFD, they done it a thousand times itâs just on autopilot for them. Their patience has just run out.

Sorry about that, but wanted to state my opinion too since most of the peeps (like the owner of this thread) are being silenced (or they try to silence them) with the excuse: ââignore the toxic players and move onââ, especially when the targets are new players. 
I donât see anyone being silenced. The mods even edited out the breach of CoC in the opening post.
Then donât pug. You know what you will get if you pug. Either make your own group with m8s only or join guild groups.
Pugging is like matchmaking, and matchmaking has always being utter bollocks. Same goes for those you pick up in terms of their XP, playstyle.
Donât pug if you donât like the random nature of pug life.
What spices? Salmon works quite nicely with a bit of heat and some glaze if you donât mind heat.
Cooking is amazing. I prepped some spiced harissa kebobs earlier today, going to have those bad boys with some fragrant rice and homemade garlic and onion ciabatta with a dipping salsa, again homemade.
I am not that good of a cook, but it does involve some garlic and pepper spicies

Garlic goes with everything so Iâd say youâre onto a winner there.
Cooking is basically chucking stuff together and over time it gets better. If youâre just cooking for yourself the only goal is you to like it, so if you do, who cares how you got there? Thatâs what I say.
I mean Iâd say Iâm a fairly good cook as far as being able to cook food lots of people eat and enjoy over lots of styles, but if Iâm alone for a night Iâll still have my âI just want gravy and chipsâ moments because you know what, I know Iâll love it.
