Hidden away in Undermine is the new merchant selling potions Alchemist Pestlezugg.

:arrow_up: Noggenfogger Select UP
:arrow_down: Noggenfogger Select DOWN.

Those potions increase or decrease your size by 1%, stacking 10 times.

:moneybag: Less than 2g/u.
:hourglass: Last for 2h.
:chains: Not soulbound.
:arrows_clockwise: Persist after relog.
:handbag: 200 stack.

I’m hoping this is a stop-gap while they add Character Creation sliders.

Like, it’s neat and all, but… come on, what was the point of them doing all the work to - supposedly! - upgrade all the CC backend if we still have to mess around with things like this to get any character variety?

Character revamp is coming. Perhaps not in Midnight because they are adding Player Housing, but it’s coming. They mentioned roleplay for a first time in an official announcement, seems like they have something planned for us.

Hopefully the revamp prioritises sensible additions that make sense within the context of each playable race rather than going completely off of the rails.

Firewater is only acceptable on a (Highmountain) Tauren and Highborne RPer, since it makes them their lore heights, anyways!

Still too big considering most door ways and other things and it ends up looking stupid.

Plenty of Highborne NPCs are taller than their non Highborne counterparts, even as recently as in Bel’ameth. I’m sure it’s mentioned -somewhere-, but the pretty consistent height difference among generic and a few specific NPCs does indicate some intent. A noticable npc exempt from this difference is Mordent though, who is arguably the Highborne representation. So yes, I think there is plenty to be said for taller Highborne.

I’d err on the side of caution here, not going as far as stating it to be a canon fact if it’s just speculation and doesn’t occur consistently even in-game. I don’t remember the height difference mentioned anywhere in written lore myself, and couldn’t find anything about it quickly searching on Warcraft Wiki. On that note, I think Blizzard has a tendency to upscale boss characters, hostile enemies, and even faction leaders regardless of race in-game to make them stand out more.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I recall the only physiological difference mentioned in lore has been Brann Bronzebeard thinking they’re maybe slightly pastier than the other night elves
