I’m Going to ask you then why you have a chance to get the mount and the title and the trasmogs from Mythic Raid one expansion after with this logic for example like Anu’relos Mount. This way of thinking is what makes the community going down

Well it is called “Elite Gear” for a Reason and not “Casual Gear”!
Weapon Illusions used to be 2400 Rating aswell as it should be and in general Elite Gear and Illusions were Introduced with 2400 Rating needed and it should Stay like this.
If everyone can get this Stuff it has 0 Value or Meaning anymore.

It’s okay because the moment they made rewards available to everyone, they started creating the ugliest designs under the sun.

Did you see the Season 1 weapon illusion? Horrendous! And Season 2 is even worse you can barely see it on your weapon.

Blizzard knows exactly what it’s doing.

For example, the Season 1 Gladiator mount is a bat, and it’s one of the ugliest Gladiator mounts right up there with Season 3 of Dragonflight, where you got that green serpent.

1. The Mythic mount is an RNG drop whether it’s current tier or later, whereas the PvP items are unlocked and obtainable upon achieving X in the current season. The mounts are not THE reward for killing a boss. False equivalent.
2. Mythic raids have a Hall of Fame title which is gated behind killing it in the current tier and being one of the first 100? guilds to do so. The alternative titles are the reward FOR killing the boss.

The mythic mount is an RNG drop for 3 player in the raid group. 3 mount is gueranteed for each kill. So with 7 reclear every raider in group should have the mount. And mythic guilds usually do more than 7 reclears for farm or just going back later tiers.

Tbh PvP is kinda dying and its because you dont have any reason to play the gamemode. You get 1.8k and you get the mog, nice. Maybe you can push a bit more for tabard and illusion but most people stop at 1.8k. And the tier is 6months long.

Im farily sure, readding old elite sets for rated wins above a certain rating and old glad mounts for rated wins above gladiator in every bracket would pull in more players and would be so much more insentive to play the mode. Ofc you cannot farm achivement or title but you can get old stuff. And this way blizz could keep the glad mount so for 3v3.
