Well yeah, but some classes enchant boots with Agility for example.
So they could very much use extra movespeed.
Make it 10% then, so ppl can enchant difference.

Yeah. But they are a Druidic race. I don’t think it would be that hard to transform legs for mounts.

That may sadly only work for dryads as centaurs aren’t particulary druidic.
Maybe…but then the gear etc would need to be transformed too…Dryads could look nice with legs but think centaurs would just look silly 
Tbh given the uproar over it i dont think blizzard will test those waters again.
These races are absolutely possible, providing the playerbase are fine with limited access to transmog but they wont be.

Centaurs run so fast they start flying!
Basicly how some off the Horses fly in WoW…
No wings or nothing, just walking mid air

Trust me, I would be happier in the Alliance…
Even the ruins half-covered with Vol’dun’s sand are better than that muddy hellhole the Horde call “capital” and cities…
