Pretty useless in most cases due to how slow it is.
Orc stun reduction is far more powerful in pvp scenario’s.
Kt stun has a cast time and gives you time to move away. In pve its useful on occasion.
I don’t see which of these are considered OP at all with the exception of human and orc racials. Nelf one…is strong when timed right.
