Having the service reward be based on individual participation is very very stupid, I can understand that you don’t want a bunch of people reaping rewards by being afk, but considering that the spawns are so few, and dies very fast when there are damn near 100 people spamming aoe spells it is neigh impossible to get anywhere near 100%.
Doing it in a group doesn’t even matter because you still need to tag each mob for it to count towards your service reward.
It would’ve been better if it was like the soup or time rift event in DF with individual tasks to contribute to the overall progress and the personal service reward.

the event either does not even work, or when it does it does not count toward the completion. You are trully a waste of space and life.
Well, it is still bugged 'cos nothing spawned but funnily enough when the clocked turned 14:00(realm time) everyone got the achi “I’m doing my part” and the 2 quests related to it were completed.
Ravencrest kills not counting after fighting the laggy boss battle.
I guess I was lucky. I did it this morning and even if there were a few bugs, like mobs you couldnt kill, we managed to finnish the event. I guess it broke after that, 
Nobody tests events, they just look how to exploit the market on PTR
spent few hours trying to do this event still wont work and not a word about it from blizzard

well, you see I would, and I really would, but you know, there’s this thing called the sureki champion, and this small issue of the fact IT ISNT SPAWNING! or counting towards the quest, so how about, no? until you fix it
It’s almost like canning most of your QA testers has an impact right blizzard?
Shocking how after all this time you still can’t step up your QA game because you’re too busy worrying about your bottom line. $$$$$

The recolored sets / transmogs do look pretty sweet, I will give you that much Blizzard. 
Update: 2 pm GMT didn’t spawn, but everyone in the area got the achievement and quests complete. So weird.
I wish I’d get that. So far it’s been a dead loss.
Anyone know if the token for the champion loot is 1 per character per week or per account?
Unfortunately bugged on Argent Dawn EU as well.
Tried the Nightfall Scenario now on two characters, get to 100% and the boss never appears. After a few hours break I tried again and now the progress counter flickers on and off like it is all phasing in and out each second. This is seriously broken.
when are you going to fix this event, its 4:06pm ST and its still wont start???
No spawn here either.
And since the Tuesday patch I get disconnects all the time.
Don’t mind me. I’m just watching the carnage unfold.
As for my opinion on this ‘feature’… Well, it’s not getting me to re-sub.
