I AM doing content that gets me the level of gear I want. I do delves. I have full hero gear.
I don’t NEED it. That’s never been the point.

I just want to be able to participate in this event, doing the content I enjoy doing and getting some chips to spend on hero gear. That’s not unreasonable to ask or expect since this event has been offering that in it’s previous 3 versions.

Also: Pirate servers are heinous. I strongly disapprove of them and would never play on them.

As long as you are doing something,playing,be it Lfr,N,Hc etc, there is no such thing as free.Free means you get it in mail ,with no engagement whatsoever(I would add that ,even buying things from Ah is engagement ,cause you had to earn that gold in game so you effectively played the game,unless you sold a token,but thats another thing).

But you don’t need to do hc, doing normal raid also lets you buy heroic stuff for the chips. Doesn’t make much sense why normal let’s you buy heroic stuff and not LFR personally preferred the version they did in s4 of DF myself.

Sorry, the other guy got it for “free” in a practical sense even if he had to do “something”.
Its the same semantic to argue that your free product wasn’t free because you had to go to the shopping center to pick it up and buy a bus ticket to get there instead of getting it delivered straight to your door.

How about we do the s4 of DF iteration? Was that so horrible? Buying the item and then having to upgrade it meaning you had to do content to get the currency to upgrade? Would it hurt you in any way if the casuals got access to some OP items to use in their delves and LFR’s? Just seems silly to me, but the whole turbo boost event is kinda useless anyways since most are busy with remix. Would just let the ones still playing have some fun at the remaining time of a dead season.

It might come as a suprise to you,but gatekeeping does not make a game good.And gatekeepers/elitists are not super people, just because they made a group and managed a tier or so above in difficulty.
