Hi!
I have been doing Zul’Gurub mount farms on 12 characters everyday!
But for some reason one character that is 92 level never gets an item from Bloodlord Mandokir!
On all my character I get 2 items but on her I only get gold everytime.
Is it a bug or is it working as intended? 
Zul’Gurub in retail was turned to a level 85 dungeon during Cataclysm so for the legacy loot mode to trigger the character must be 11 levels higher. So in this case level 96 is the min level for the legacy loot drop.
Before that normal personal loot drop is used which does not guarantee full drop rate in a party which has less party members than the designed.
I don’t think it affects the mount drop chance either way.
