this was Post nerf to brann
ive since done it multiple times across different characters
again to my previous statement
take every CC and pseudo interrupt on your talent tree
do not focus on dps until zekvir is 50% hp
focus killing adds
focus interrupt on the heal,
leave CC options for spiders ( thunderstorm, aoe stuns, knockbacks, anything that can interrupt )
avoid the fire

As a sidenote i have beaten it on my 615 ret pala that i dont even know how to play.

that will be because its a DPS fight not a healing brann AFK fight

Then why does it scale if you enter as healer? Makes no sense 
you wont do enough dps as a healer to kill the spiders. your gonna have a bad time
its scales off your ilvl and the role you choose for brann
but brann has been nerfed since September, theres no logical reason why you couldnt switch to Elemental and 1 shot the boss
i too play shammy and mine is also resto, if i was doing zekvir?? i would switch to ele

Good for you, i do not know how to play ele or enhance. I wanted to do this on my main and my mainspec, but i couldnt. The eggs have too much hp for me to consistently kill them. It wasnt a skill or gear issue for me. It was a poorly balanced design for healers. If it was gear or skill i wouldnt have been able to go in with my pala i can barely play and kill it easily.

There is literally a video of a resto shaman in 592 that killed it 22nd of November in this very thread.

elemental is easy since rework mate
you literally just spread flame shock and lava blast when it procs, and everything else is a lightning bolt / earth shock
i would rate it the 2nd easiest spell caster in the game for dps
( i have every class at lvl 80 geared up. if thats any reference to my opinion )
