Hmm, I’d still say it’s the token. That’s when I cancelled my sub. Increased exp rates and easier legendaries are definitely high on the list as well.

You do know that like no sane person would buy that token right? Everyone still buys gold from other sites.
Unless Blizzard is generating tokens for the Auction House it seems some people are buying them.

Even if some are buying them there was and is 100x more that buys gold from other sites. The token had NO effect on the game since gold buying was so established anyway.
there’s also sub and no risk of ban mate.
rmt is established in todays gaming meta as far as power-for-$£ is concerned.
People are happy to pay and considering blizzards plan to inflate gold beyond what dailies/“normal” gameplay can provide, token is convenient and easy for general players.

Altho blizzards token doesnt inflate gold since its being sold and bought by gold.
And prices doesnt differ much from OG wow in terms of consumers etc. Its only the gdkp raiding that is expensive. Rest of the items needed to raid etc is even cheaper then tbc ones.
