No use for justice points

Due some feedback from players they have hotfixed the Honor & Justice points to be still somewhat rewarding even after new content rolls in.

Honor and Justice Points can very quickly take a back seat currency wise once gear gets rolling, but we think it feels better when these activities are still rewarding. With hotfixes that are now live, we’ve made the following changes: The Honor Quartermasters Lok’nor Bloodfist and Hayden Christophen now offer players Motes of Harmony for 400 Honor.
