The Blood elf NPCs will actually be the hidden mythic mechanic for Gallywix, he will turn a random player in the raid neutral (Warning this mechanic might also absolutely random and may turn Gallywix neutral, turning Gallywix neutral will either enrage the Blood elf NPC and he will start attacking Gallywix with the strength of a 560 ilvl fire mage or reset the encounter entirely).

my actual main is a Zandalari shaman and he already has an item level of 600.
But you still had to talk to Alleria, the pain and horror you must have gone through
