Did you not notice the total radio silence on Wowhead (and most other WoW related media, including streamers) when over 1.000 guild banks was wiped clean at the Warbands launch “due to a glitch”?
[Bugged Hall of Fame – Guild Achievement Not Granted Despite Meeting All Conditions]Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to report a frustrating situation our guild, Wisp (Hyjal - Alliance), is currently facing — and we’ve seen others experiencing the same issue.
We cleared the entire Mythic raid tier within the Hall of Fame eligibility window, with the following kill dates:
Despite fulfilling all the requirements, our guild did not receive the Hall of Fame achievement.
We have submitted multiple bug reports both in-game and via the website. Unfortunately, Game Masters have only redirected us back to automated bug reporting, stating they can’t escalate or manually validate the achievement — yet we are aware of other guilds (such as Waít for it) who did receive manual validation in a similar context.
Why this is a problem:We’re talking about two months of focused preparation, strategy, and team effort to reach a clearly defined goal — and that achievement has not been awarded.
This isn’t just our guildThis issue affects multiple guilds, and it raises serious concerns about consistency and fairness. Players are investing time and energy into high-end content with the understanding that their efforts will be recognized — when that doesn’t happen, it’s not just frustrating, it’s discouraging.
We are not asking for special treatment — we’re asking for the achievement we earned within the rules, and for some clarity on how these cases are handled.

Great news: our guild has finally received the Hall of Fame achievement!
We didn’t change anything on our side — no re-kills, no new submissions — which strongly suggests a manual attribution behind the scenes. If that’s the case, thank you to whoever took the time to investigate and push this through. 
We deeply appreciate the outcome, but we also hope that future tiers will offer a clearer, more reliable process for guilds who meet the requirements fairly. It’s important that the most dedicated players can trust the system to recognize their efforts without repeated escalations.

Hi there, as many guilds have now received their Hall of Fame achievements, we have still not yet received ours (RCG-Kazzak). Not really sure why but hopefully this can be fixed.
Even though there are guilds WR350 who got the title, our guild: RCG-Kazzak (WR211 on raiderio) STILL haven’t gotten it. From what we looked up we are the only guild who haven’t gotten in from WR1 - WR330+.
We even have the team currently playing in MDI Group B and they spoke to admins about it and STILL nothing, 0 help, 0 resolve to the issue. Multiple forums post both on US and EU, bugtracker, in-game tickets, webtickets. Only thing we got was AI response/copypaste of how hall of fame is capped at 200 guilds (customer support doesn’t even know/understands how HoF works).
Here are our kill dates and all of them were legit and in order as it should be.
Bandit First Killed: April 10th 2025 21:35 BST
Mug’zee First Killed: April 23rd 2025 18:23 BST (1 day after the change)
Gallywix First Killed: April 28th 2025 19:40 BST (6 days after the change)
We re-killed Bandit on the following reset (May 1st 2025 19:35 BST), expecting to get the achievement, but we did not receive it.
After all of this we recleared the raid again and tonight we are doing a Gallywix reclear. It is pointless to hope for achievement at this point, but still the frustration is still there. Hopefully no one will go through something like this anytime soon.
