We’re currently aware of unexplained “phantom mail” preventing you from using the Transfer and Faction Change services on some characters, and are looking into the cause for this further. Since we cannot see these mails either we cannot work around this at the moment, and so we’ll have to ask for your patience until we’ve had a chance to resolve it.
