The people who care generally don’t feel any better about it if some letters are missing. The word is still evident for anyone. Usually you can edit the post some time after it was flagged, just edit it when you can and if you want you can add that you didn’t mean to be offensive and didn’t know.
I understand, it sucks. But forum has rules. and one of those rules is that you can’t write profanity (removing letters doesn’t change the meaning of the word)
