The damage is magical as it is Shadow damage. And I thought one Gushing was 4k per tic.
Depends on the IL, Iv’e still only ever received 1 Gushing on a 430 that does 10k over 7 seconds.

At this point they might as well unnerf all corruptions in pvp when they refuse to balance gushing wound.
Atleast we have more viable options then.
This doesnt really make it P2W though… I’ll agree 110%… the current situation is utter BS, and corruption espically on BoEs should defintly not exist, its a Ridiculous System in itself, the minimum they coulda do is Disable them in PvP.
you can grind the gold through the game, multiple players Have farmed ludicrious quantities of gold through their time… by abusing specific systems throughout the game.
Good news is, its confirmed theres No TF/WF no Corruption or any sorta systems alike avaliable in Shadowlands 
Dudes, I think that they have seriously given up on BfA to focus on Shadowlands, which is partially good and partially bad. Good because it means that more effort & communication = better expansion. Bad because we’re stuck with gushing wounds & flay & whatever else is overpowered right now.

i think ur likely right.
they have just launched 2 big buffs so we are encouraged to roll alts and level up chars pre- SL, and i think they intend Just to keep the playerbase amused for aslong as they can before dropping off… til their return for SL PRepatch.
theres no way they’re not focusing down SL… it came out late, which players are expecting Delays to the launch day… if they dont get it done before December they maybe forced to push it to january as they’ve recently decided against releasing big patchs or content drops around family holidays.
I think they maybe pressured to try get this running ASAP, and covid isnt likely helping them out at all either with people going sick / going into isolation etc etc.
Sadly, live will go on the backburner for the sake of getting Shadowlands Prepared, and judging by the release of content rate in Alpha they really arent Taking it easy at all it feels like every day since its Launch the content has been piled on for testing…
im hoping we dont see a Rushed launch as a result.

Leveling with friends is fun sometimes. I really enjoy that you can level in 3-4 days rather chill with someone else / two other people / up to 5 other people & just have fun. Even if they’re unusual classes / race combinations.
So long SLands will be good for PvP & the game overall, I’m on-board with an early 2021 release.
Wasn’t this the case with WoD and Legion, too? And I agree with you overall man. I hope that SLands is not rushed & is good. They did say that they might try something like upgrading your pieces even with conquest etc.

Me and my arena teammate have completed all pvp chests, visions, and 15th m+ chests since the first week of the season and we’ve never seen gushing wounds in our drops. I also noticed that we almost always lose 2v2 games to gushing wounds people. Is this corruption really that good and op in your opinion?
Corruption itself would be bearable if we could trade lame corruption into corruption we need.

Per corruption point it is easily the best corruption in the game. If someone has several of them it will do 10-20% of their damage and its passive so, they’ll easily be doing like 30k dps because of it.

Definitely not for all specs (like ret) but there are those that excel greatly.
For dks/rogues or any other quick small damage/quick hitting spec it can have up to ~60% uptime

Yes gear is important but blizzard must help weak spec. Arcane mage only has one school ability and very weak damage. I do 25k arcane blast 4 charge but is not enough to kill enemy player with 450k hp.
Ziqo doesn’t seem to have too many problems with his rigged streamer loot

Well he is a streamer and can afford to play the game for a living and can easily form a group if he wants to.
