I buy the boost every single week, It’s less than 100k and gives you chance on last boss stuff without any trouble.

You need curve to get invite? Just buy boost, even I considered it for a moment having to go through 100 pug wipes on Queen Ansurek HC. This goes for rader_io scores as well. Need ilvl, buy boe gear from AH.

Boosts are not that expensive. It’s frankly stupid to suggest all boosts are from token gold.

Neither do the PuG leaders. All they do is ask “Ok so does everyone know tactics” and kick if someone fails, it’s not rocket science.

That’s waht PuG RLs do, they list the group on their 540 ilvl alts and just invite people to carry them. PuG RL = The one who fills the group.

oh i wasn´t that deep into it. people had low ilvl and /w me askng if they could join my raid i was making. i also had random people spamming achi´s at me so i thought ill have them too since they want to join raid x.x

Any remotely responsible group leader is supposed to be able to lead their group.
Otherwise it just wont work out.

Then when you getting into group content the experience suffers immensely. Executives will have little to no interest fixing this issue, likely due to amount of revenue you be able to generate from selling tokens that people will use to buy boosts with.

I imagine there are plenty of developers who genuinely want craft a good product. But corporate practices hinder their ability to do so. What’s worst about this, that through games such as PoE or Dota2 it’s already proven that you don’t need to use pay to win tactics. These games generated hundreds of millions through just cosmetics.

I will suggest you the thing that also helped me when I wanted to do more raiding outside the guild schedule:
Find a WoW Streamer who organizes raids with viewers. These have a very reasonable and relatively low requirements and have a team core of people who like to help out others. My favorite one from Dragonflight times, ScruffyGG only required joining the discord and fully enchanting gear, I do not know if he still raids though

When all things can be made easier with a credit card, then that is a pure definition of P2W. P2W does not have to be exclusive, it only has to be a feature. Your premise that P2W cannot be defined is not valid.

If it was, you have to explain what you would call other games like APB Reloaded, Archeage, or Diablo Immortal.

You cant have the same defenition of both. That would be like calling a plant in a pot a “forest”.

Archeage’s biggest issue was probably the land rushes each server consolidation rather then the P2W enhancing. I loved pack running but kept to peace zones so it got boring. I dont like PvP; mainly because I’m terrible at it.
