The Eternal Sisterhood have vanquished an undead Troll threat on the first day in Stranglethorn, surely it won’t be the last. The sisters resolve has been emboldened by the act of righteous smiting laid down upon the undead. The first act has set, but that is just the beginning.

The Matron is being very… Elunatic as of late. Hrmph.

Betrayal, and the wounds that it brought, clutched deep into the Matron’s heart. She had thought back that night so many times, playing back every minor detail. It changed nothing, Erena’s heart grew colder each time she considered the thought process undertaken by the corrupt Sergeant.

The Matron, within the halls of Zin-Malor at the time, ventured to the central moonwell within the ancient temple. Staring intently at her own reflection in the glowing waters, it infuriated her. She saw imperfection, a woman who lesser beings thought apt to conspire against and libel, a woman known only to many as “Matron.”

What did Matron mean anyway? It was a pointless title, one undertaken by a naive woman desperately trying to command a sisterhood, it was unfitting for her position. The Sisterhood had changed since then, and so had she, no longer was she a mere handmaiden of her chosen High Priestess. She was a leader, a warrior, a commander of Eternal Keepers.

A faint whisper fell upon her ear as moonlight fell upon the wellspring from within the doorway causing Erena to turn her gaze away from the waters to something else. A statue lay within the centre of the well, one of the Naga Queen, left there by the previous inhabitants. Lunarglade had thought to have it disposed of many times but never did, it was not easy finding decorative pieces in this part of the world and to many of the horde it was just a statue of a Naga, meaningless.

If the others were to call her a snake regardless, why settle for second best? The Matron thought to herself. She had built her own order, even from the ashes of repeat failures, the Eternal Sisterhood had fought and bled to forge its place in the world. It needed more than a Matron, it needed a leader worthy of the legacy it sought to embrace… A Light of Lights.

After spending time recovering from the campaign and receuperating, the Sisterhood is seeking to get back out and strike out against our enemies, with strengthening bonds as part of the new Pridesworn.

It’s been a busy week for the Eternal Sisterhood, not only have we had a fresh batch of new Acolytes sworn in to the true path of the divine goddess but the Matron and her Cohort have been plotting an incursion to the ruins of Nazjatar to bring the wrath of the goddess to those who dare to steal from us.

With the prepatch coming soon™ we have also been preparing to travel to the frozen north once again with our allies to join the [PCU/Conflict RP] Cold Front Two: Dragonblight [15/09 - ?] campaign hosted by our not so secret besties [PCU/Goblin/H/N-RP] B.O.O.M.T.E.C. Incorporated (and side guilds) - Opportunities on the Isles! and we’re on the lookout for even more Elune-fearing fanatics to join our ranks. The Siren stared at Matron Lunarglade for what seemed like an eternity, a look of anger swept across it’s visage, followed by another look of helplessness. Time and time again this tribe had stood against the Eternal Sisterhood in pursuit of what seemed like greater goals, time and time again had they been humbled.

Now Lunarglade, the scheming witch, had come to them with an offer. The Emissary of the Mistbreaker Rebels knew that for all her talk of divinity and the mother’s love the Matron was a woman of action, someone who would follow her promise to eradicate them all should they refuse. They had already failed their queen once before and there was no true home for them in Nazjatar. Whichever side they stood by, they would be fodder…

Erena did not remain long at the meeting spot, she came and went with her threat of destruction or service within the span of a few short minutes, leaving the Naga to return to her people with her words, confident they’d make the right decision…

Tonight is the finale of our Nazjatar campaign with [PCU/Goblin/H/N-RP] B.O.O.M.T.E.C. Incorporated (and side guilds) - Opportunities on the Isles!, [PCU] Worgen/Night Elf RP - Dirge of Teldrassil 🌳, The Dustpaw Caravan (Sorry bros I cannot get your thread to link properly.) and [PCU] Horde Elf RP - Highblood Myrmidons 💫 as we seek to take revenge on the Azshara loving sea mutants for kidnapping one of the Eternal Sisterhood’s handmaidens. Tonight we shall storm the gate of the queen and take out the mysterious “Voice of Azshara” who has been orchestrating a dark plot against all of the orders present, with surprising knowledge of all the players at hand… will we succeed, or will we drown in the tides? Only time will tell.
