As everyone groups together to discuss the plans to defend the Vale, Buo Shao, a former guard for Halfhill speaks out. The mantid threat does not only attack one from one direction - the Valley of the Four Winds is under as much threat as the long wall protecting the Vale.

He pleads the listening pandaren and other mercenaries, worried monks and menders to head towards Halfhill as soon. The mantid swarm gathers and aims to consume all in its wake to flank the Vale.

Ronin is heading to defend Valley on the 31st! If you’re interested in bashing some mantid heads in, send inquiries to Ronin. :slight_smile:

Forget about Vulpera, Pandaren are the true rulers of the Horde’s anthropomorphic people.
Never before has there been such a chill congregation of unconventional and engaging characters amongst the most criminally underrepresented of races. And that’s not just bias speaking.

Anybody looking for a change of pace from the usual Horde races, or even Alliance, ought to consider rolling a pandaren with us. What was once a joke species given form has become more serious than you could ever imagine.

One of the Ronin has been missing for weeks now. Eventually, a few curious letters reach the members of the warband. Along with a gruesome splatter of blood, it’s filled with incomprehensible text and scriptures, almost in a hypnotizing manner.

Hazy thoughts fill the mind. Something ancient speaks within the cranium, invading without regard. It urges one to travel to Pandaria and perform despicable acts, all in the name of the freshly released Old God. As unnerving as the whispers are, the letter is simply a piece of paper and after throughout inspection, it seems to hold within a plead for help and forgiveness. The handwriting seems familiar to that who has vanished.

Some quick detective work finds out that the missing member was last seen in the Kun-Lai Mountains. Those who know her might pursue, for no Ronin is left behind. But a broken mirror will always show a twisted visage. How much suffering will one endure for redemption?

A certain shadowy priest has been missing in action for a few weeks, leaving only whispers and cryptic messages behind. The Ronin are called to the Kun-Lai to save (or doom) their comrade on the 14th (8PM Server!) from the clutches of corruption.

It had been a dreadful experience. A difficult one. Deep in tombs beneath her own homeland, she had felt her mind slip and succumb to the corruption of the old god. She struck her own kin in some false belief that they were the betrayers.

She was not alone. Well over half of the Ronin that had made the venture to rescue their void-addled priest ended up bowing to false whispers. Becoming their tool.

But these warriors were stronger, in the end. First, Chyou-ka shattered the voice in her head and turned to protecting those she had attempted to kill moments before. That was the first domino, as mere moments later the rest broke free, and turned back to Koyan, shivering and broken on the floors of the tomb.

The echo of darkness that had been tormenting her for so long attempted to make its escape, but failed, just as it had failed to keep them under its cruel control. Between Caohao and herself, they were able to tear the creature to shreds and end its dominion over their ally.

Were it not for the prayers and focus of Hyu-ji and Yan-Yan, the priest may have succumbed to her broken mind and body in that moment, the echo no longer there to puppeteer her body.

She lifted the stabilised priest and began the upward journey to return her to Zouchin for rest and recovery.

“No more,” Chyou-ka told herself, as she recalled the recent fall of T’zali and Senior Sergeant Spix. “No one else dies.”

Big thanks to Buo for hosting such a fun event! Got us really invested, even if we managed to overcome the old god’s corruption much quicker than our host had expected!

Have always been skeptical of Pandaren RP, however these guys totally blew that opinion out of the water, some especially EPIC moments I’ve witnessed and been a part of with this guild. Always very helpful with any lore/Panda RP needs. Huojin should definitely consider them!

The Ronin are a great example of pandaren following the Huojin philosophy, this group shows that if you want to achieve a goal, it requires action.

Unlike the Tushui who spend too much time sitting around, meditating and hoping that they come to an idea, the Huojin (and in turn, the Ronin) have already left and are tackling the problem.

Quick thinking, adaption, swift action and some great pandaren in their ranks, this team knows how to show off true ‘pandamonium’!

Thanks to Fengluo, one of our most steadfast monks, for organizing another muscular venture. This time we went devilsaur-wrangling in Un’goro, and quashed the hopeful dreams of a loose cannon k’thir.

We’ll also, save any unforeseen distractions, be attending the Defense of Pandaria Campaign being organized to start on April 3rd.
With that on the horizon and our recent efforts to, once and for all, unite the armed forces that are ever at odds with one another amongst the Saurfang Legion, this really is looking like a great time for old or new role players to hop into Ronin and really get a feel for what it means to be a pandaren!

Always was curious how real pandaren rp is done, but not anymore, as i have been rping with these fellas quite some time! And they almost make me to have one!! Would definetly be Pandaren traveler with Great Yak mount!!

At long last the Graces of Heaven have been afforded the brave and selfless Ronin.

On the 27th of March in the 33rd Year, our Most Revered and Honourable Mentor Chyou’ka Cliffseeker was respectfully appointed ‘Champion of the Saurfang Legion’, so that her wisdom and experience might better guide our collective people into the future. She has sacrificed more than any loyal soldier ought to be expected to. To repay Her fearlessness We shall be Her shield, sword, and conscience, so that We are never again lead astray by dishonour.

It is our sacred comradely duty to ensure that the Champion Who Quells Unrest is properly supported and guided in the days to come. The success or failure of our ambitions shall be the result of all our united efforts. No one sect can be allowed to shoulder blame; from henceforth, we shall rise together in shared glory, or fall apart and crumble as solitary factions.

There can be no other way.

The wounds dealt by the betrayal of the former Third Queensguard still fester and itch. They remain, without a doubt, one of the greatest threats to the stability of the Horde, and their subjugation is of the utmost importance. With the guidance of the Champion Who Shirks The Darkness, we shall at last see them bend the knee and answer for their transgressions against their former comrades-in-arms. Once we are whole, we shall never have to make concessions with the Alliance again.

Walk with pride, fellow Pandaren, for you too can stand amongst the indefatigable ranks of the Ronin, Tigers of the Huojin, and Defenders of the Horde’s Righteous Dignity.

The Saurfang Legion combines the best that the Horde has to offer; the might of orcs and ogres, the cunning of the trolls, the will of the elves, the brilliance of goblins, the craftiness of the vulpera, the strength of the tauren, and the loyalty of the Forsaken. Now, it shall be crowned with the wisdom of the Pandaren, and we will Know unity.

Who, now, can stand before us, and sincerely pray for victory?

For the Horde! For Saurfang!

The Ronin are glad to be supporting their comrades in their struggle to keep Zangarmarsh safe against naga interlopers and unconscionable traitors. The unity encouraged by our most respectful Champion and Mentor, Chyou’ka, has seen a grand flourishing of cooperation amongst the disparite factions of the Saurfang Legion.

So plain is our honor and the justness of our cause that even the draenei cannot deny it. The pandaren continue to make new allies and break moulds wherever we go - even on another planet!

It’s a great time for curious pandaren to seek out the Tigers of the Huojin and help contribute to the long-lasting prosperity of our Horde brothers and sisters. After all, where else is better to put your training to the test than in the heat of pitched battle?
