Theres several guilds/communities horde side who have a decent reputation regarding roleplay qiuality and activity but if your looking to join PCU they have a tonne of threads here which should provide some info on what they do.

Oh for sure i dont really care who’s guild/community it is aslong as the RP is fun though i only know about pcu on horde
