Y’know, I go out of my way to go to Rivendare’s house, kick his door down, slaughter his minions, the LEAST the ungrateful corpse could do is drop me his damn horse.

I got Baron’s Deathcharger when trying to grind AD rep to get the title you get for getting both AD and Argent Crusade at exalted and then I never even bothered to get the Crusade to Exalted on that character.

I’d give you Rivendare’s Deathcharger if I could. I don’t use it anyway. I received it years ago completely by accident when I was helping a guildmate farm the guild uniform, and the mount dropped and the guildmate said I should have it.
The irony. We ran Stratholme three or so times for a completely unrelated reason. And yet people who keep running it again and again don’t see the mount drop.
If this makes you feel better, I never got the Farondis hippogryph no matter how many paragon caches I opened. I ended up saying “screw it” and bought the timewalking recolor to use as my IC mount. All I wanted was a mount with a matching hunter pet, and there was one.

I’ve only seen the mount drop once in my time in WoW, during a random dungeon group. Naturally the roll was won by someone else.
After that, not even a whimper of it.

Jokes aside, I don’t recommend grinding mounts, it’s a very hollow activity that takes a lot of your time for little.
Grab only what you plan to use!

I’ve killed the same rare daily on multiple chars for over a week trying to get specific dragon horns. But noooo. I don’t know who thought the rarity of these drake manuscripts being high was a good idea, but they need a slap.

The worst one is a mount I do want - the damn vulture from DAMN void morphed Uldum. Which is ONLY up when the right side of the map is voided.
Given that’s already a horrendously niche timing, AND you have to unlock that phase on EVERY damn character, the % drop rate on that is a hate crime
