The only time I havenât self searched a character was when some max level blood elf was just ganking my void elf rogue and I got her to kill herself, i mounted and manually flew to Dalaran and she chased after me and tried to hit me out of the air, missed and fell to her death.
Then I was manually adding characters an hour later and saw that somebody had already searched my velf for me.
And it was only me, there was a human and a dwarf also leveling but she ignored them.
Finished ffxiv story in its entirety finally.

I spoke of the leveling part before, saying that I liked it with the exception of the slog that was the trolley saga. The post launch story was kinda hit or miss for me. I enjoyed the early patches, but later parts were just uninteresting meandering, taking too long to do things with a handful of highlights to keep me just barely slogging through.
Didnât really like that Fandango Ascian and at this point I think itâs just a meme to involve the primal again, though at least it wasnât just the standard set of ARR ones. Zenos is still great and I love that they stick with his shtick of âI donât care about anything and all I want is to fight my waifu (me)â. The finale was pretty good though and overall I think Shadowbringers was the best of the msqs and I canât wait for Moonwalker to see how it wraps up. Oh yeah, also has a stellar ost.
What I did love thoroughly was the Gaius/Weapons quest line. Even though a bunch of characters were added entirely to get killed off over the course of the quest, I didnât mind that, because it was about Gaius, first and foremost. As far as redemption stories go, I reckon they did a great job with him and he has become one of my favorite characters. Hope to see more of him.
The karma of that though, play stupid games win stupid prizes?
Not that I havenât logged main to gank my ganker several times, often resulting in angry whispers but I mean donât gank my alt or I will mop the floor with your corpse.

I do remember when I was lvling my lock to 60, had a belf pally whoâd gank me everytime he saw me and run when he was low. Only me on my velf so prob a stereotype there.
I did get a laugh as he died to some DoTs after ganking me and later he /spat on me for it lmao.
He left after I called in a friend on his max pally one-clapping him a few times.

I get it, giving the alliance a belf copypaste rubbed people up the wrong way, hell, it rubs me up the wrong way too.

just a hint (learned from taming Banâthalos) fly HIGHER than your target when you try to hit something while you fall.
Yeah velves are abit boring, but I donât get the hate + they got some cool lore implications even if that gets tossed aside into the bin.
I absolutely HATE pandaren as a race with the burning passion of a thousand suns (I donât like pandas irl) but I donât go out of my way to gank every pandaren player I meet, much less low levels.
Though if you tag the mob I was about to clap then you asked for it or if you attack me first.
Yup, or be a class that can negate fall damage like Hunter, DH (ew) or Mage. Druid too with cat form.
