pass me the aux cable and i will present the worst music netherlands have to offer.
i enjoy listening to music, and if i like a track iâll throw it into a playlist but i couldnât tell you anything about the particular album or artist itâs from beyond âthis song is coolâ
i rely on the music dweebs in my life (my wife) to recommend me new things
Sindri is the guy that works in every Dutch office to make sure everyone else has to listen to the worst radio station imaginable I fear
This is the kind of music they used to broadcast offshore, also known as âpiraten muziekâ
offshore former oil rig radio broadcasting is still one of the coolest things
thatâs the kind of thing dweebs like me enjoy the most
The only music taste that matters is mine.
Iâm reconsidering my opposition to the death penalty
every year i go to italy around the time of sanremo which is a musical festival they have every year and i end up getting one or two of the tracks from it stuck in my head
they may be trash but theyâre my trash

the only thing i know about the netherlands

this and the great âpan bamiâ incident are among the all time greats of dutch national television
i still say âokaaaaaay letâs goâ whenever i am trying to get my kids out of the house
Certified dad speech is what that is.
Iâve listened to some of the songs on here before and they slap
Warrior of the Mind and My Goodbye, some guy made an animated music video for them
Most if not all of the songs have an animatic to them these days (some made with older audio unfortunately), itâs been great to see the various interpretations of the characters and the consistency like Eurylochus being lorge with a giant sword and Polites having a headband and glasses
gigi and Neal Illustrator are firm favourites of mine, the former has done a lot of the songs which means they can call back to previous animatics and the latter has the best interpretations of Poseidon and Zeus for their boss battle songs
whenever I see it I get fond memories of the late summer at my parentsâ home when I was still young, thereâd be a fair around that time in town every year and these sort of cries would echo from the town centre, carried by the wind
itâs one of those things thatâs relatable even for a brit because we also had those same funfairs every summer and what they were saying over the loudspeaker was so undecipherable that it could well have been dutch
Iâm afraid to listen to random music suggestions on the Internet, because Iâm almost certain to have my poor eardrums assaulted and to hate it.
This is why I only add music to my collection after having heard someone else play it.
