Itās because they are lower end workers who donāt have a say in the games development, So when they reply to feedback about the game itās most likely their own opinion. Then 3rd party websites start copy and pasting their reply like itās offcial Blizzard announcements.
They obviously get told to shut their mouths about feedback.
That doesnāt excuse actual people in charge of game development coming and communicating with us though, However I donāt blame the staff member in this thread.
