To all these people asking/demanding/wishing for features like Transmog or Dual spec or what not:
You have chosen to be here in The Burning Crusade Classic. At least most of you, fully knowing what that would mean, are here playing The Burning Crusade Classic.
Now if that’s not what you expected you are certainly free to either go back to retail, where all these features you want are in the game, or wait for the right “classic” version of the game to launch.
In my opinion they have already changed to much or added to many new things to this version of the game. This version is supposed to be The Burning Crusade Classic, not retail or any other later expansion.
Honestly that perfectly summed it up. Transmog does NOT belong in TBC, period. If you want all the modern features of Shadowlands you should play Shadowlands.
It rather adds to role-playing. Currently you are forced to play a role of murder hobo, who wears rugs off all kind of color, design, shape and condition, that was looted from killed enemies. Us casters have at least the robes to hide most of none set matching gear.
We will have Transmog in 3 years anyway, at least Blizzard could had added confirmation that item appearances are stored somewhere, since we play on Shadowlands engine allready (classic was on Legion engine in BfA).
