Hi, I’m currently trying to get back into wow and enjoy alot of the changes on EU. However, one really frustrating issue is that when I get on the world is always dark so its hard to enjoy the game as much as I would like to.
I’m aware that there are some items in the timewarped vendors but they are either pointless (trinket with 24 hour cooldown) and need to grind the tokens (which I may be prepared to do for the sunwarmed sands as i’m desperate).
Please blizz can you make it easier to have some sunlight? My wow characters are dying from lack of vitamin d
Oh, you think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark ; We were born in it, moulded by it. We didn’t see the light until We were already a men, by then it was nothing to us but BLINDING!
I disagree, I think nights aren’t what they used to be and should be made a lot darker. I don’t even notice whether it’s day or night anymore, and that’s just a shame.
I can’t say I’ve ever really noticed the game’s day/night cycle - and this is coming from somebody who’s /played time is probably 80% at night time. In fact there are quite a few zones that just plain don’t seem to have it full stop.
But if this is bothering you to the point where you’d rather not play, I’d say your best solution is to grind said trinkets/toys, or just avoid areas where the cycle is so prominent, and level/grind in areas that have no cycle or a less obvious one - for example if you’re timewalking to level an alt, level somewhere like Pandaria where it always seems to be bright, or one of the zones in Northrend that always has the same sky. I don’t think Blizzard would change the cycle at this point, considering it’s been a feature for a long time (since Vanilla I think?), and from the sounds of things they’ve already nerfed it a bit over the years already. I’m not sure if they could do anything else without just removing it, and I really hope they wouldn’t do that.
