I mean if people continue to complain but still subscribe to the game.then i dont see why blizzard will even care .but i agree the rewards are a bit low effort .they could had come with a better alternative .

Yes, for sure. But as I stated, I enjoyed the mode its just not that appealing with the same rewards, I prolly wouldve played it regardless. Just think all these recolours are getting out of hand.

I’ve got the original stuff and the yellow trading post recolor, so I’ll gladly skip this one.

The basilisk mount was not present in the first round of rewards, so I will play for it and ad always trying to win now game.
The recolored set i dont like that much with that purple tone.
Whilst I do like the new re-colour, it is lazy. The very least they could have done is to change the zone.

Shouldn’t this be how it works?
You enjoy some content so you do it. Don’t force players in there for unique cosmetics unobtainable anywhere else. A recolour seems fair to me, some players will still go for this but many players will feel relieved that they won’t have to do it.
Only way I’d ever go near a Plunderstorm is if it’s changed dramatically so that you could earn currency for a time before the free-for-all started. So I’m free from even having to think about it as they won’t do this.
I’m hyped for the black recolour actually.
Mounts and pets, I’ll be skipping.
I suppose it’s good in the sense that people who weren’t around the first time can get the rewards from both the old iteration and the new one (Assuming the old rewards are going to be available for acquisition).
Though at the same time, it can be a bit understandable to see people being a tad miffed when they see it being the same event with no significant differences.
I think there were really mixed reactions to the event and I gauged more positive than negative. I admitted that despite of my reservations I ended up having loads of fun.
I 100% agree the rewards are lazy and just reskins and recolors but that’s not say most wont go for it. For me it should have had fresh rewards and a new map. Will see how I feel when it comes by.
It should really be a stand alone mobile/tablet game.
and people still wonder why there isnt a dye system…
Looking forward to the event. Prefer the darker set over the one from the first one too.
Yeah, its my thought aswell. One thing further is that if these changes were acctually this minor (dont know how much coding is involved in a recolour but it seems… simple) then why would they remove it at all the first time around?
Removing it after having the first “test” is fine but if the map remains the same, abilitys remain the same, mounts and transmog gets a recolour then why keep it from us at all?

Hmm… I guess to get people like me to give it time and investment? Who didn’t play it the first time around, then see it reappear again and go “I should really do it this time lest it goes away forever the next time around” or something.
Although Blizzard really should stop… Making activities obsolete or removing them, as they have so many things in the game that one could get involved in but are lying abandoned.

Until they either fire or the developer with the increasingly tiresome fixation with “pirates” that he or she is desperate for everyone to adore as well retires then yes, they will keep milking plunderbore for all it’s worth.

there are alot of wasted obsolete activities that they could had made permanent but left them without any follow up . i am really starting to feel like i am somehow playing a b2p game instead of a proper sub based game

Not impressed with any of the rewards. Not that i would have played it anyway but at least this makes it even easier not to go near it.

I personally don’t like this era of WoW, where everything is just a recolor of something from the past.
For example, I dislike KSM mounts because they are just mounts I already have, but with a different color or skin.
There’s nothing original or interesting about them.
The same goes for pets. I used to love collecting all mounts and pets, but ever since Warlords of Draenor, with its abundance of recolored models, I stopped caring about it.
I have no interest in plunderstrom becasue there is nothing new with event.
And i was never fun of fortnite in wow
