Not oldest, but surely funniest - it was in vanilla, when you named your pet after boss. The bossmod would always trigger, when your pet entered combat.

Funny how the direct link makes image blurry or actually shows the small image. When I had T3, I had to use the long links for correct sizes on forums here - and to give an idea what’s the long link of above image looks like

I don’t have any readily available screenshots, everything old is on my disconnected harddrive that’s collection dust. Instead I got something else from vanilla.
It’s an image from my friends desktop, I’m the guy on the gryphon, it was the weird bug. I remember not seeing it myself.

Would have loved to share one from the pre-wotlk event where I was a ghoul on a hippogryph, but it’s to much of a hassle to get it.
