No way anyone actually likes 2 pixel tier 3 items, people just want them because they are rare, and now they are as common as green items so those same people wont even use them.

I can only tell you my own experience with Tier 3 set i like how it looks on paladin when you put Tabard of the Lightbringer on you
I do not use it to Flex on someone and i spend a lot of gold on it
