[fixed]Precise Shots doesn't grant the damage buff and focus cost reduction to queued spenders

Sooooooo to start it off I don’t know if this is the right place to reach actual QA/developers or not, but I’d rather not buy the game and level a char to 10 only so I can post to the US forums…

While queueing Arcane Shot, Multi Shot or Black Arrow (fka spender) right into an Aimed Shot cast, Precise Shots is consumed as expected, but it doesn’t always increase the damage or reduce the focus cost of the spender. My best guess is just input variance due to my low spellqueuewindow setting (150), but I bet it’s more frequent with the default 400. Since I’m about 97.6% sure this will never reach the devs I haven’t done lots of documented in-depth testing just some random outliers I’ve spotted while playing the game normally (including a very funny sample where an Arcane Shot crit did 66% the damage of an Arcane Shot normal hit) and some very limited dedicated testing naked, with a 3-5 damage bow and a couple minutes time, but if I knew it was worth it I could upload videos, combat logs and everything in around an hour or so.

Update: some extra testing later, it indeed gets worse with a higher SpellQueueWindow, and it’s consistently reproduceable as such.
