the thread title indicates people who demand PI claim they deserve it the most and that pretty much suggests these guys are either giga geared or already top dps who want “MORE DPS” for 99-100 logs…
I got dmg irl typing the above as an average person should get it pretty easily on their own.
PI is always a self buff unless I’m queuieng with a friend.

If one of my friends is with me I will always PI them. In all other situations the dude that is pumping the hardest gets it. /w’s are ignored.
I’d expect nothing else from somebody with that guild name.

Keep in mind using PI on a Target that benefits most from it, sure as hell helps to defeat bosses.
I’ve never liked it as a buff for someone else, the whole ‘favouritism’ thing just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I’m sure that sounds silly to people who enjoy these kind of optimisation details but for me it spoils the ability. I prefer tossing it on an underperformer to get them more in line with the rest 
Unfortunately in more ‘serious content’ this is obviously wrong and then I’ll try to do it correctly but blegh. Blegh!
Actually, he deserved to be reported for ruining other players’ experience by intentionally invalidating logs.
