Thats different RNG. Thats when you go to a place you want the item from and you play a roulette basically. You get what you want or not. Which was created by a personal loot system and weekly chests. You have less control over your gear planning. Which isnt the case being discussed. But none the less still a problem for gearing.
wouldnt call it a flaw on Classic. I mean you get items from mobs constantly, mostly they are crap but the good ones can last you for several levels. You also have boss drops, which is not the case with end game wow atm.
I think that the harder it is to come by the gear, more obstacles it will create with leveling processes. Its a MMO game, leveling should be a core aspect of the game, not only end game.
Big mistake when game has been so willing to cater after a players that constantly whine. Trust me if Blizzard saves all the classes, they will still be not happy. Thats the way of their being. Cant help it. And stats and gearing style isnt the cause of their bad dps. Especially if the game does provide the way to get the gear you want, but instead of spending X time on it, you will spend 3x or 2x time on it with some obsticles. Hard gear should be hard to get not mainstream and unrewarding.
Thats the problem, its just lazy thing. Might as well remove it. Stamina was a thing for tanks to farm and stand out or even some dps who struggled with survivability. Now, its just given… for free.
What does raid mechanics have to do with gearing? Even said the raiding have improved alot since vanilla… W/E
