That’s good. Hopefully they keep adding more to cover multiple races. Falcons, bats, rocs, maybe a mechanical bird for more technology based Hunters.

Good if so. But again, too little, too late.

[Nathanos Blightcaller disliked that]

Remains astounding how few glyphs there actually are.

What do you mean? All I see is Anduin.

Also 11th of November? Far enough for me to forget by then.

After witnessing the fall of Dalaran and braving the depths beneath Khaz Algar, the heroes of Azeroth face an uncertain future. Across the world, old hatreds are rising

i pull the mask off

Though Azeroth was saved, the tenuous pact between the Horde and the Alliance has all but evaporated. The drums of war thunder once again

It was old man WoW vanilla intro all along

The real question is, is TWW going to be the first expansion ever without a tie-in novel? So far, this seems likely.

(An anthology of short stories does not count as a novel.)

-crowd mumbles-
-lok…tar?
-crowd mumbles louder
-o…gar?
-crowd nods in agreement-
-lok’tar o’gar?
-crowd starts to get excited-
Wooolf Jockey!
-crowd goes feral. blood bath ensues.-

I wouldn’t worry too much about the Alliance bias. By the time that the book comes out, we should hopefully be getting information about Midnight, which may cater slightly more to the Horde than the War Within has.

I mean, it’ll cater exclusively to blood elves and maybe nightborne and forest trolls too, but still more than the War Within has done.

I also wouldn’t read too deeply into the ā€œold hatredsā€ thing. I doubt anything meaningful will come of it.

The saddest part is that how likely it is. There still is an array of sore spots all across Azeroth, for all the races, but if they poke into it, it’s obliged to become ugly on the stage of explaining what it is about. And apparently, we don’t want the main factions to be presented in a bad light these days.

Thus drone warfare enters the Azeroth battlefield.

Gnome hunters had mechanical starter pets for a while now. Just got to implement Mechagon control subroutines for a proper drone swarm (too bad gnome/goblin BM hunters don’t get to summon random mechs instead of normal animals).

Gimme glyph of the Machine Speaker.

If you think the high, void, and night elves won’t play a major role to the point they might eclipse the blood elven one in Midnight you have more hope than me!

Also, I wish the Old Hatreds would rise very high again, I started playing World of Warcraft because of the (cold) war between the Horde and Alliance, the fact I was allowed to slaughter greenskins and their allies because of all the evil they did against the noble races of the Grand Alliance!

Gimme hundreds, if not thousands, of more glyphs to customise my spells and abilities into what I want!

Void glyphs, Light glyphs, Fel glyphs, Necromancy glyphs, Loa glyphs, Wild God glyphs, nature glyphs, Kyrian glyps etc for as many classes, speccs and abilities as possible! Go ham!

Let me turn my blood elf warlock into a full on Necromancer! My gnome priest into a techy healer! My night elf monk into a Monk of Elune with silvery abilities! My gnome mage into a Order magic caster!

A decent amount of good-looking gear. The plain katanas are going to be a big hit, there’s a lot of death knights and other edgy characters who might really want those Drust weapons and even the Swift Fox/Woodland Racoon attire looks decent on humans, once you strip off the silly-looking head, shoulder and back gear.

The red drust stuff looks too much like the weapons of the Nightmare to not use at least at some points.
