It’s a 1v1 situation so you don’t even have to worry about CC from multiple people. This should be easy for you.

It’s done by button press at the end of cast. There is no phillosophy. You don’t need a video on how it’s done but better positioning and awarness.
If you position better then you can avoid key crowd control. It’s impossible to avoid everything of course. You will eventually be in CC but it’s not the end of world. People have their personal CDs for it. If they don’t press them means you are low MMR and you can get higher just by improving throughput. Once you do they start pressing buttons. Maybe you overlap CDs or greed your Trinket. Hard to say without the vod. Even at 2700+ you lose some rounds because someone won’t press a button. It happens - lags and the game is poorly optimized. There is no chance you win every round. As long as you have positive winrate you climb. Maybe you get unnecessarily upset on things you have no influence on. Or you get upset because of 1 Clone that didn’t even lose you the game. Sometimes your mistake happened 1-2 min. before and someone dying in 1 Clone is the result if it and not the problem by itself. The game is too complex to just say. Omg R Druid Rake and Clone me. If he can play like this means your partners play with feet. R Druid has really low output. To the point that last season set bonus was giving him more healing than this season one.
I’m happy for Midnight changes. People won’t rely on addons anymore and have to improve positioning and awarness. It’s silly how nowadays players base their gameplay more on alerts and not positioning and reading the game. If you are not exposed you actually get more time to react to Druid going Stealth. You can pre CD someone for example. If you have gamesense you know who will be the target.

It’s done with button press. Like Grounding Traps or other CDs. As Shaman it’s a common skill you have to practice similar to Fading and SW:D on Priest. I’m pretty sure if I bind any od these spells I can avoid CC similarly to Groundning spells. No big deal.

I can. I ground pretty good amount of traps unless it’s Survival. When I played H Priest myself I even had a macro to SW:D on the closest targets. Sometimes I even walked in Rings in purpose with SW:D before to DR myself. Easy

Dude. I was Taunting pets on Monk and H Pala to avoid Traps regularly. It’s really not a rocket science and it’s doable. Good players do it like it’s nothing. Maybe you need to practice a bit

Also using SW:D to avoid Poly, Fear isn’t anything genius anymore. It’s a trick as old as TBC. If you want watch old Hydra videos where he does it. It was even harder because back then you couldn’t shield yourself to do it.
Nowadays top Priests like Mehh can regularly predict and SW:D Blinds. Mehh is in fact so good I’ve seen him using Time Stop on his dps for exactly 1-2 sec in the moment Warrior used Warbreaker. Nobody expects you to be like him straight away but as healer sky is the limit
