Sure, and if paladin wouldnât have healer spec then retri would have even higher cut out, way higher. Now, the fun part is that Retris are toe to toe with BEST warlock specs, to which, according to you, is flockering whole class. Your argument is cutting branch under itself.
If you fix the bug with bane of havoc so it does 40% less damage - as intended. But the class was balanced factoring that in then that is a nerf, albeit a bug fix.
If you buff chaos bolt damage by 25% youâll see higher damage on single target by about 15-25k which is reasonable, this also offsets the bane of havoc bug fix by a fair bit.
All in, similar aoe, more single target on hard casted ability - right direction for the class.
Interesting to see how it shapes up with other balancing in coming weeks.

no not true, yes it was a bugg, BUT since nobody complained or noticed it its a super nerf, the majority of dmg right now is from conflag och and shadowburn since its hard to cast during melee fest, so if u have a base hit of like 25-30k conflag and 20-30 shadowburn, the bugg made it so that all hits was that, now its gonna be 60% of the org hit on the other targets, so its a nerf even ttho it was a bugg.
when a lock is being trained almost no cb is being dished out, and yes the havoc have a cd, but when u combine it with mayham and put the pvp talent on , its no longer a cd to use, its a procc, its a 45 % proc, so its going on the entire match almost all the time, so yes its a buff on cb alone, but its a huge nerf on the dmg profile of the destro in a real game. .specially in ss
considering that 80% of locks dmg output comes from instant spells with relative low dmg output, this will be a major nerf specially in ss where the only thing twarting of two melee of u is that u can punish both of them with the havoc procc, now that wont be possible. so no its a huge nerf even tho its a a bugg fix, it will be good in 2s tho.

Difficult to be sure to âPUMPâ, but solo shuffle is a weird set of glasses to look through. Precog fear healer, double coil, slow, port, gate, short wall, big wall. Your team should be doing stuff for you but as locks we still have a potent bit of kit.
Still forgetting that we have single target that hits decent single targetâŠ

iâm actually arguing nothing. the takeaway from my statement should be that affliction is not as bad as it looks in those stats, and that players are more loyal to the role (dps,healer,tank) than they are to an individual spec within a class.
