best way to do this is you make an alliance and spend 1 day in wsg, but you wont because you know exactly what it will be like,

you’re sitting there saying you can plow through everything and easily win “if only you played the ape ele shaman” so either put up or shut up.
see the thing is, we know you can’t do it, so you won’t try.
and ultimately, its because you know that deep down its not as simple (and easy) as you are trying to make it out to be.
is ele shaman strong? yes.
is ele shaman undefeatable and faceroll? no.
feel free to prove me wrong with consistent footage and not “unbreakable”-esque supercuts of you blasting enemies with lucky procs.
btw my shaman isn’t even ele, he is double enh spec, one for tanking and one for dps so ele catching a nerf is largely irrelevant to me.
Incompetence and incomprehension with something so blatant and widely open for all to see, is obscene,

Luckily, there will be a PTR for phase 4, a chance to write tickets to the devs, then we’ll see what the majority say, by majority i mean every sod player except shaman main’s.

well, my godly opinion is:
shamans are strong. in some times of sod even too strong. the tool kit combined with the dmg and the news skills is tough. is it unbeatable? nope.
i think it is a mix of many things. the above mentioned and the fact that ppl are not so familiar with shamans. they never had to be. they were mostly annoying and sometimes hard to kill or just glass canons. now they are not and ppl are not sure what to do and what to expect. but what i have seen of the sod time is, that it is getting harder in pvp for shamans. the reason is, ppl are understanding what to do and how to counter.
in the beginning i was ignored and i just nuked the ppl semi afk. now the actually counter pretty damn well and (hold your horses) in BGs they focus shamans first (wooot???). i have been in those famous WSG BGs with up to 6 shaman and we lost.
strong? very much so. can be countered? yep.
u gonna hate on it? most likely.
Again, you aint skilled, I’m sure you need the class to receive buffs, playing an Over-Powered class is the only sense of accomplishment you’ll ever feel,
and honestly i would love to be a fly on your wall, just to see what kind of creature it takes to act like you, i can already picture the stacks of food plates and empty cup’s.

funnily enough i played shaman (enhancement) in all iterations of WoW from vanilla to wotlk, never retail where they are actually ok-ish, so this is a bit of a claim if i do say so myself.
i’ve been doing the opposite of playing the “op class” all these years, only now that i happens to be strong in ONE version of the game mister buttmad rogue has to point it out as if its an argument.
btw you can check my wow classic vanilla and tbc logs, look up zmugzmug.
i’m doing fine even when the class is gimp tier, more than fine actually, even got some world bests in there, but nice try.

lol well phrased. so true. shaman was and is just fun and now we get some tnt with it and people are crying out. and yes, blizz was like “lets go a bit crazy” and people signed up and now complain, that its crazy.
but yes… i understand the frustration. you go in to new version of your fav. game and your fav class is not shining. that sucks. but i guesse it sucks harder for ppl that were running “more powerfull” classes and now cant keep up. it is like the school nerd that is now making more money.
